Board President, Mr. Tim Carter, opened the meeting at 11:00am. Present f or the meeting was Superintendent Carter, Allison Fontana (via phone}, and Kellie Bums.

Consider and approve the E-Rate Agreement by and Between the Yavapai County School Superintendent and the Yavapai Accommodation School District.
