Board President, Mr. Tim Carter, opened the meeting at 3:00pm. Present f or the meeting w as Superintendent Carter, Allison Fontana, and Kellie Bums.

    2. Payroll voucher(s) in the amount of:

Consider and approve the Waiver of Conflict of Interest regarding an agreement with Yavapai County concerning E-Rate and technical services.

Consider and approve the FY19 Contract Agreement between Yavapai County School Superintendents Office and YASD to provide educational services.

Consider and approve the FY19 Intergovernmental Agreement between Chino Valley Unified School District and YASD for Alternative Educational Program Services.

Consider and approve the FY19 Intergovernmental Agreement between Congress Elementary School District and YASD for Alternative Educational Program S ervices.
