Board President, Mr. Tim Carter, opened the meeting at 8:00am. Present for the meeting was Superintendent Carter, Allison Fontana, and Kellie Bums.

  3. Consider and ratify per [A.R.S. §15-321):
    1. Accounts Payable voucher(s) in the amount of:
      • VO# 9114 – $16,644.35
      • VO# 9115 – $21,176.80
    2. Payroll voucher(s) in the amount of:
      • VO#19 PP#17 – $26,005.81
      • VO#20 PP#18 – $25,580.81

Item E. Action

Consider and approve the Arizona School Boards Association Insurance Trust (ASBAIT) for FY 2018-2019.

This item was considered and approved.

Consider and approve eligible employees to purchase life insurance through the Arizona School Boards Association Insurance Trust (ASBAIT) for FY 2018-2019.

This item was considered and approved.

Consider and approve the Waiver of Conflict regarding agreements with Yavapai County through the Yavapai County School Superintendent entered into during Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019 concerning the following services: E-Rate, Substitute Teacher Consolidation; data hosting; and Nursing, therapy (including, but not limited to, physical, occupational, and speech), psychology, counseling, behavioral health, autism screening, and special education.

Consider and approve Terry Beasley’s resignation effective March 8 , 2018.

This item was considered and approved.

Consider and approve the FY 2018-2019 school district calendar.

This item was considered and tabled until the next board meeting.

Consider and approve to designate a YASD representative for the Wide Area Network installation.

This item was considered and approved. Mrs. Bums was designated by the board to approve any Wide Area Network installation decisions and will be placed on future board agenda for ratification.
