Good evening Yavapai Accommodation School District students and families. This is a friendly reminder to be mindful of excessive absences. We have many students who are close to or over their allowed 10 absences already this semester. Excessive absences could result in the loss of credit and having to repeat courses due to not being at school. We cannot express enough the importance of coming to school every day. It is important to only miss school when absolutely necessary. Thank you for being mindful of this issue. Have a great night and we will see you tomorrow!

All students who have perfect attendance from Wed, Sept 14th through tomorrow, Thurs, Sept 22nd will be invited to participate! Aspire Students will make them on Monday, September 26th from 12:00-1:00. YCHS Students will make them on Tuesday, September 27th from 11:30 to 12:30 and again from 1:00 to 2:00. See you next week!
Greetings Yavapai Accommodation School District families! Due to Thursday’s predicted rain storms, we once again have to cancel the Back To School Bash. We will plan for this again in the Spring. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Don’t forget the Yavapai Accommodation School District Back To School Bash is this Thursday, September 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00 pm! We will have a party bus with video games, bouncy houses, fry bread, Navajo tacos and horses! All free of charge!!! Yavapai College and Talent Search will also be on site to help students and families with future plans! Bring the family and come join the fun!

Greetings from the Yavapai Accommodation School District! We will be doing transcript reviews and graduation plans with all students starting next week! Parents are welcome to join us as well! Aspire students will meet with us on Monday and Wednesday and YCHS students will meet with us on Tuesday and Thursday during school hours. We can also do meetings over phone, email or at another location for parents who need more flexibility. Students do not need to schedule a time because we will meet during school hours. Dear YASD Families,
Like you, we are shocked and deeply saddened by the news of the shooting at Robb Elementary School in Texas on Tuesday. We share in the heartbreak we are all feeling for the families who have lost a loved one due to this senseless act of violence.
School should and must be a place where students feel completely safe and secure. When events like this happen in our country, it throws off our sense of security. Please know that we continually work to ensure our schools are a safe place for our students.
We know that children and teens will process this news in different ways. Counselors are available at each of our school buildings to assist students who may need some extra support. We strongly encourage any students or families to contact the school should they need these services for this or any other issue this summer. We are here for you.
Please join us in keeping the students, staff, and families of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District in our thoughts at this time.
